I had Vogue install my black out shades in my apartment in Manhattan. Not only were they polite and very professional, they completed my job, and everything looks and works beautifully. I had a problem a few years later with one of my motors, and within a few days of my contacting them, Vogue came and repaired my problem and made everything work perfectly again. I highly recommend them! And they were very reasonably priced.

I've done blinds with three different companies across the upper west side. No one had the level of service, care, and consideration that Vogue did. I loved their customized approach, meeting in the home so they can not only measure, but get a sense of the space and your style; suggesting fabrics and design; being very responsive. The first place I called said I couldn't get anything done for 2-3 months. With Vogue and Seema, I had shades in 3-4 weeks! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We called Vogue Window Fashion for a consultation to discuss our window treatments project. Designer was knowledgeable and offered us some very nice options. We decided to go with Motorized Silhouettes for the living room and bedroom. Their entire process from picking the style, colors and installation was easy and everyone including the installer was professional. Highly recommend them.

My building recently replaced all of it's windows, so it kind of was a good time to finally change from the metal mini blinds that came with the apartment. After, discussing with Vogue's designer, she really informed me of what I need and the different options from a design standpoint and from a budget standpoint. We decided on some silhouette blinds and had them installed within two weeks. It was a great process - in-home consult, install and a very thoughtful follow up. I really felt that they put their customer first - and that's a lot to say in NYC.

I have to say I was lucky to find Vogue Window fashion. I had an unusual situation with my windows with difficult angles. It was a group of 6 windows on the same wall - each one with its own unique layout. In addition, I had specific need for each shade to open and close individually. I got a recommendation from a friend to use Vogue Windows and they did an absolutely fabulous job. Creative problem solving and keen sense of design helped. I did not have any execution issues. Everything went smoothly and as planned. It was a pleasant experience dealing with all the people that represented the company.

I spent a few years stewing every time outside light and reflections ruined my home theater or gaming experience. The expense of blacking out an entire floor isn't trivial. Making it work seamlessly with my home automation wasn't trivial, either. The risk of my wife's eternal mockery if it went sideways was least trivial of all. It always feels like hit or miss when dealing with home improvement vendors. Vogue Window Fashion turned out to be a hit. They went out of their way to alleviate my concerns and prove it'd work before the actual installation. The installer cared about his craft. Most important of all...when something wasn't quite right -- which is almost inevitable in any significant effort -- they uncomplainingly came back and resolved it without my having to chase. I'm not saying I plan to black out the bedrooms next...but I'm not saying I don't plan to (I'm pretty sure my wife doesn't read these reviews). If I do, I will use this company for it and I won't feel the need to shop around.
