Nailed It

Was seen by Kasia today, to have a set of gel nails. She raised her voice at me on three separate occasions during the appointment all of which I found to be completely unnecessary. She refused to help me decide on a nail colour and got annoyed with me when I asked to switch colours. Kasia also charged me £40 despite the fact that following her behaviour and attitude I no longer wanted my nails done by her and left with bare nails. I have been a regular customer of this salon and have never had an issue with any of their other nails techs. As a woman of colour who witnessed Kasia be polite to all other (white) customers she interacted with I can’t help but feel her attitude had something to do with my race.

I have to say I had such a poor consultation. I called to book a full manicure/pedicure and made an appointment for later this week. Fortunately I called again after an hour to add another person and I was told the lady scheduled to do my nails cannot do pedicure but rather just paint my nails! And this second lady I spoke to sounded rather rude and basically hung up on me after suggesting a cancellation. Very unprofessional in my opinion

The owner (Kasia) double booked my appointment and because the next client came in at same time as me she hacked her way through my manicure to get me out as quickly as she could! All the while being extremely rude and unprofessional to everyone she came across which made me feel very uncomfortable. Even telling me the colour I chose ‘looked like shit’. Her approach was very slapdash - still cutting cuticles and filing nails AFTER the polish had been applied. She finished off my manicure by cutting my finger so bad it started bleeding. Would NOT recommend!

If I could I would give it 10 stars. Great place with friendly staff but more importantly professional and skilled staff. When you want to get your nails done, you think quality, not to break easily and to last. That’s what you get here. I have been a customer here for years and I had nails on for 2 months and none broken, still intact. That’s the sort of quality you get. The good thing is that you get much more than that. They offer a range of options and services. You can choose from nails (of course) pedicure, waxing ( both female and male), tinting, threading, eyelash extensions, LVL lift, spray tan etc. I could not recommend them enough, I always appreciate the ones that value the importance of the product and services offered ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

I only been there one time. and they literally saved my life. I had my nails done outside of the country, and I just wanted to remove my gel extensions. I called many places which all said to me " We don't remove other people's work" like where am I suppose to go?. Thank god I found this place, a woman named "Olpe" answered the phone. and gave me her closest available spot. and she is the one who removed my gel. she was kind and very caring. I would always go there from now on. Thank you <3

Came to get my eyebrows threaded but was unhappy with the results. Casha is very friendly and kind with good energy, but she cut my eyebrows too short and said that there is no way for them to look more identical. I came with my eyebrows grown out in order to be able to manipulate the shape a bit more, but now they look different to one another and one is shorter than the other. She didn’t care that I was unhappy with the service. In the reply to my original review the first line is "I was very happy with the results." That's funny because it's my money and my eyebrows....so I feel like i'm the one that should be happy. But you're right two stars is too generous for your unprofessionalism and mediocre service. Changing to one xx

called in for my first ever nail appointment and couldn’t have gone anywhere better. the girls were lovely and my nails are beautiful

Such a fab group of ladies! Veronica does my nails, she’s so kind & patient & really takes time to look after the condition of my nails. The salon is very clean & nothing is ever too much trouble for these girls. Highly recommend!!
