Be The Queen Nails

Been on one week and one nail has broke, one nail has peeled off and the other has peeled off also. Obviously not a quality gel product. I've been getting gel nails for years and tried all over Belfast, I came to try here and I've never in my life had chips or breaks, especially after one week. Also just found the atmosphere in the shop off and uncomfortable.

Do not recommend! Went and got a facial last week and awkwardly asked three times to close the door as it was wide open and just uncomfortable as you can see in the salon from the street also. the products used was stinging my face told the therapist, she just ignored it and said it was the toner but it was so itchy and uncomfortable I had to ask for the product to be removed off my face, was so sore I even refused the massage because I just wanted to get out of there. My face had since broke out terribly. When the facial was over I looked in the mirror and there was mascara all over my face I asked for a wipe so I could clean it and she give me a dry cotton pad. The product she used for the mask was all down my neck, and still bits of the mask not washed off around my face. The manager asked me how was everything I wanted to say in private as they had another customer in but the therapist that done the treatment shouted across the salon floor that it was just the toner for my face and the door was open. The manager said with a sarcastic tone sorry I’ll give you discount of £3 off but nothing I can do about the noise. I went home and had to wash all off my face. I never write reviews but it was rude and very unprofessional I don’t care about the discount but I do not recommend getting a facial in this salon.

Nearly 2 weeks after I got my nails done and they still look like I just left the salon.

I had a great experience at Be The Queen Nails! Tiffany is lovely and really easy to chat to. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, my nails looked amazing and lasted over two weeks. I can’t wait to come back to get my nails done again!

Visited Be The Queen last week. Tiffany is friendly and so nice to chat to. The salon is so clean, and has the cutest aesthetic. There's a nice wee warm drink menu too! My manicure and pedicure were lovely, and are holding up beautifully. Tiffany helped me choose two colours to mix to make the perfect nude shade for me :) would reccomend to anyone!
