Such incredibly warm and friendly staff. Oai was diligent and incredibly helpful in recommendations for my nails which had been damaged by previous shallac done elsewhere. Thank you very much for such great service!

Incredible service from start to finish. The technicians were polite, professional, and made sure I was happy with every step. My gel manicure lasted weeks without a single chip. I’m beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place!

The nails turned out okay, but they weren't what I had initially wanted as the nail tech was unable to do the design. My main issue is the slice I got across my finger which was quickly brushed over as if it wasn't serious and I was then asked to pay £50 for a set of nails that weren't what I wanted, had a very simple design and I had been properly hurt during the process. I really won't be going back and in hindsight shouldn't have payed the whole 50. My only complaint about the finished nail design is that as u can see in the pictures, it was clearly rushed and a few of the nails still had rough filing on the surface which had been highlighted by the finish so they look rough and patchy.
