I guess after reading the reviews and just walking in thinking it was the same place. It definitely is not the same how it was months ago. Like people have said in the reviews. The burgers were amazing, Big and juicy, and the fries were so good. Now every other place is better. They d not even use real bacon anymore. They have turkey bacon. Horrible. Yes news is on and the walls are horrible. I give it two stars for one for not being the same. Shameless serving of horrible fries. Bad bacon. Small chicken. And the burger taste somewhat filled with water. Had no taste at all. If you read this please skip this place. I should of read reviews before coming. Win some lose some. But this place is no even close to being more than a two star. Even complaining about fries I still never got any. And to top it. I believe the food went up in price. Horrible burger day.

14 stools, 4 tables, pretty small place with one small screen and one large screen mounted on opposite walls. Not sure if this can be called a bar. More a burger stand. Friendly service. Ordered Tracy's Damn Good Burger. I was not asked how I like burger, so I assumed it would come to me in the standard cooked. Bit in to raw meat....I told them that the burger was not cooked. One of the guys asked me if I had wanted it medium rare. Nobody asked. Please remake. They slipped the already topped burger patty out from the burger, slapped it back on the grill, and set the plate aside. Every place I've ever been to remakes the whole burger. (Health & Safety concerns you see) When I got my plate back, the burger was soggy and the fries were cold. HUGE TURN OFF. I don't know why this place got so many good ratings. Did I catch them on a bad day? I will NOT go back. There are much better burger places in Hanoi. 6/10

I have to say, using comic sans ms as police font already put me off. The walls inside the burger joint was full of customer writing. To some it gives a personal touch, but to me it didn't felt elegant The price are reasonable compared to other places, but when it comes to flavor of quality and ingredients, it is quite subpar. At the moment places like Sunkats and even chops can be better choice. But I'm sure considering this place has been around for a while, it can bounce back choosing to be premium rather than just average.

Good variety of burger and alcohol beverages, is the right place to go if u seek a good atmosphere, not too busy either not fancy with good burger.

What happened to this place? I used to get burgers so juicy that they pleasantly destroyed the bottom bun and nice steak cut fries. Today the burger was a dry, over cooked, and disappointing. Fries were cold shoestring fries. I’m not sure how any place can serve cold fries to only customer. I used to debate who made best burger in Tay Ho... Tracy’s or Chops? Congratulations Chops! The debate is over.

Good is great ingredients are fresh all imported from around the world I got the grill set clean protein die for chicken and sausage tender for I will be back place had a face uplift and proper seating too gla come try guys! Beer on tap too

If you are anywhere near here, do not go here for burger. There’s a Chops Burger near here. I would not say it’s cheaper but it is sooo worth the price. Not like this one. Eating at this “bar” is the worst thing in my day

Used to be great and staff knew you but some time last year staff changed and quality of burgers dropped. Used to be up there with best in Hanoi, not now unfortunately
