Paolo & Chi Pizzeria Lounge is a cozy hidden gem tucked behind a charming vine-covered archway, offering one of the best pizza dining experiences in Hanoi. The pizzas were packed with flavour, perfectly cooked with a crispy base and generous toppings—especially the meat lover and four cheese options. The bruschetta starters were delicious, with fresh, toasty rolls that went well with our drinks. The menu is extensive, ranging from classic to signature pizzas, mains, sandwiches, and desserts, giving you plenty of options. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere inside was warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxed dinner or casual date night. Highly recommended for anyone craving proper Italian comfort food with style. Great place for Italian food! The half-and-half pizza was amazing. Loved the truffle mushroom side and the smoked salmon with cream cheese. The fettuccine with mushroom cream sauce was rich and delicious. Chicken Caesar salad was fresh and well-balanced. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The best Italian restaurant I have ever visited! I felt like I was in the heart of Italy, and the flavors took me straight back to Venice. Everything was amazing and beyond perfect – the dishes were delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic. The staff was professional and extremely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. First restaurant we tried in Hanoi and it didn’t disappoint! The food was so good — rich in flavor and felt like a real Italian hug. Hieu and the team were super friendly too. Definitely a great first impression!

Cozy ambiance, comfort sofa and delicious meal. Actually, I love the pizza Napoli base that It’s softer, but it’s fine to taste a bit of crunchy pizza. Staff is friendly, no worry to ask some advices when you give first try🫶🏻🍕

Khá ấn tượng về salad vịt xông khói và mì nấm. Nhưng phần chính là pizza và calzone lại không được chuẩn. Bột pizza không hề có độ nở. Đế pizza không thấy fluffy phần viền mà mỏng dính. Bàn ghế ở tầng 1 thấp, ngồi như sofa phòng khách, không hợp để ăn uống.
