Nice place on the waterfront with tables outside and a lot of mosquitoes. The food is okay and pretty expensive but the offer in Chau Doc is very limited. The wine prices are very high (you can bring you bottle for a 440k VND cork fee)

Ate at the Bassac last night on the terrace overlooking the Mekong,the restaurant is in the Victoria hotel. My wife and I loved it,food and wine,service,aspect all first class....only wish we had been staying in hotel. Highly recommend.

Exquisite service, solid tasty food. Did I already mention the exquisite service? It carries a price tag but - for us - it was completely worth it. Attention to detail, taste, view, venue, all 100%
