I had a truly unacceptable experience yesterday. I went in for a haircut, but the stylist spent less than five minutes attending to me before walking away to serve other customers. After finishing with one customer, he chose to chat with another customer even though his staff was already handling him. Meanwhile, I was left waiting with no explanation. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. I waited for nearly an hour while other customers were served and leaving one after another. No one updated me, apologized, or showed any concern for my time. This is not just poor service — it is a lack of basic professionalism and respect for customers. If there is only one hairstylist, proper time management should be arranged. Customers should not be made to wait endlessly without communication. This experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on the service attitude I encountered.

I got highlights done here and I absolutely love it. It was a great experience. Everyone here is so kind and friendly. Would recommend to everyone! Must-try if you are in Saigon. :)

I chose the hippie perm along with an Olaplex hair treatment, and the whole process took about 4 hours totally worth it! The team was so professional, explaining every step clearly and being completely transparent with the pricing. I felt super safe and well taken care of throughout the experience. Very friendly and professional service! Got hair colour and cut and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. The stylists very attentive and kind, would definitely come back here again :)
