I got a perm here and loved the results!! The video is from the salon right after they were done, and the photos are about 1 month post-perm (2 days after hair wash day). After showering, I just blow dry my hair and use my dyson to set the curls. They are pretty tight on day 1 but they loosen up a as the days go on (thet always stay wavy though!) My hair naturally doesn't hold curls very well, so I wanted the perm to help keep my dyson curls longer, which is exactly what I got. I booked an appointment through instagram and I spent about 5hrs at the salon. I speak vietnamese so I had no issues with communication. Not all staff members speak English though so I'd suggest to prepare a translation app if you don't speak Viet!

I'm super happy with the results!! Truly the experts in hair colouring! They use good quality products and everything is top notch! Left with beautiful and shiny hair, will definitely be back! On top of that the staff is super friendly!! ☺️

Took a week to see my hair condition before deciding to type this. Off the bat i asked for pricing for what i wanted which is colour+ root perm which i was quoted 1.8mil + 400k dong. When I arrived , the staff attitude was definitely the WORST. Don’t expect any welcomes or smiles, u are sat in the chair straight and communicate thru google translate immediately (which i was fine with). Im not sure what is it with foreigners but they seem to treat foreigners ruder than locals. Sat down and told him i decided over ig dms what i’ll be doing and he gave me a NEW price which is 4million. That wasnt what we agreed on , from then i was already suspicious on why has the price gone up significantly. He mentioned that my hair was too dark . My hair was brown, under the sun its CLEARLY brown brown. So i dont understand why i would need to pay so much to ‘lighten’ when all i want is literally 2 shades lighter. After back and forth communication, i decide i dont want to pay such a price tag because it is the same as if i were to do it at my home country and even more tbh, so i decided on root perm+ cut. Came out to 1.6mil dong which is fine for me. . Btw, there’s so customer service in that salon at all. They dont tell u what they are doing, they just do and walk away till they tap u to rinse. Such a bother as their rinse station is 2nd level so total i had to climb up and down 4-5 times because the staff didnt rinse me off properly one time. It was just terrible Started the root perm and it is very different from how it was done. They style of root perm is crimped. No at all like the korean root perm that you see all over social media. And when i saw the rods and techniques they used on the FIRST strand, i immediately spoke up and said it dint look right+ showed them a picture of how i expected it to be. The staff that couldn’t speak english shook his head and just pointed at the rods they use and said it’s ok. So i typed ‘ it wont look weird?’ He said no so i just let them do their thing. And as expected the PERM came out terrible. Even worst is after a few days, i realised its overprocessed with breakage after consulting a few of my own country’s hairstylist. Texted the salon back to let them know, they gave many excuses saying ‘ its wet let it dry’ or ‘ its just the style we used for 13 years’ i feel like this is the ultimate customer service killer LOL. And they kept denying whatever im trying to tell them. Also, apparently a refund is IMPOSSIBLE for them for some reason. When i had no problems making overseas transfer deposits for other nail services i did in vietnam. Reading from their replies to other constructive comments they will probably just come up with things to say i dont really bother much. I hope this can make u think twice about visiting this salon.
