Cheap quality of beef and bread for the highest priced burger seen in Vietnam so far. I even mentioned to the chef about the meat and he told me that they use beef mixed with “fat & other things for the taste”. That was exactly his words. As you can see on the picture a “beef” cooked medium rare. Beautiful place and very friendly waiter.
