Sharing this review to help fellow travellers who might need medical care. I contacted the doctor via Zalo and was able to walk in without an appointment. The clinic is quite busy and English is limited, so I recommend bringing a translation app. The wait was fairly long, but the doctor was friendly and the actual examination was quick. I had an ear infection, and the consultation plus medication cost 300,000 VND. I would recommend this clinic, especially for minor issues. Just be aware that it’s not a Western-style clinic with fancy waiting rooms – but it’s competent, kind, and affordable.
