We can only give 5 stars. The guides are incredibly friendly and professional. We booked a day trip to Kyak and Hung was our guide! He had a perfect sense of when to visit lagoons or beaches so that no other tourist groups were there. We were always the only ones there. Hung was able to tell us a lot about Lang Ha Bay and how life works there. We would book with them again in a heartbeat and recommend them 100%.
