Typical local Vietnamese restaurant. Main selling point is their com chay (the ultimate fast food in the world). I pointed to various mock meats ( no idea what vegan versions these are supposed to represent), some over boiled vegetables and a big dollop of rice. My all vegan meal cost me 40,000 Dong. No English spoken and no menu in English. Plenty of seating inside. Near the train tracks and near ish to the airport. Payment by cash or bank transfer.
