Went in for a manicure and pedicure including gel removal for both. The girl removed the gel using the electric file which left my nails damaged and really thin. Other than that she did a bit of cuticle work and very rough filing. No product (e.g. cuticle oil, cream, strengthener) was used. It was very cheap so I didn't expect much but the damage is annoying.
