We did a 5 day event here at Xanh Villa. Overall, the location was ideal for the types of activities we planned to do. The chef and the support staff were helpful. Just one thing to improve - the pickup service. As foreigners who don’t have local numbers, it’s difficult to call the hotline for pickup from our units to the training place via buggies. Even at times I have asked for pickup in advance, the buggy did not arrive on time and in one case the buggy did not show up (and I had to walk from my unit to the training place for about 10 minutes). The English competency of the support staff has improved since the last time I came and I look forward to seeing another improvement when we decide to return to this place next time. The environment is good and it’s cool and breezy. It’s a beautiful place to walk around and experience the nature.
