My husband I stayed at Phu Qauc Eco beach resort for 3 weeks. We ate at other restaurants close by, but Eco Beach restaurant has the best setting, situated right over the water, an “amazing “hard working staff and excellent food. We ate lunch and dinner there almost everyday. Beautiful place to watch the sunset and have a cocktail. The restaurant is run and managed so well. I think we ate everything (in our 3 weeks) on the menu. Every meal was delicious and a wide variety of choices, Mainly Vietnamese Dishes ,Thai, American. Yummy appetizers. The chef does a fabulous job with so many flavors. I want to make a very special shout out to the staff that works so hard taking orders and serving, especially Anna, Lan, Tu, San, Chu, and the rest of the crew that I do not remember all names.
