Absolute horrible company. I arrived to the confirmed departure location, I checked with the office if I was at the correct address and she said yes. Then 2 women and a man come screaming and shouting at me that I am late and I am supposed to be elsewhere. The woman was extremely agressive and another guy just stood there laughing. I had no idea what was going on because I was told to be at this bus stop and nobody was speaking english. They then wanted me to walk 1km uphill with my luggage and started screaming at me that I had to walk faster because the bus would depart. I told them id go back and I didnt want to go with them anymore as I couldnt accept the way they approached me. A few minutes later the guy comes back screaming at me that I had to get into his car which I refused. He then stood there shouting at me for 3 minutes whilst I kept telling him to go and I was going to book a bus with another company. Eventually he took off but one of the woman keps swearing at me in vietnamese. It was a horrible experience and if I would have checked te reviews first I would have never booked with this company. Better to book Sao viet or HK if you are traveling from Sa Pa!
