We booked Suite Cabins for our journey thru and fro Hanoi/Sapa. The first sector from Hanoi to Sapa was great. They gave us a centre cabin, service was great and we were able to sleep. BUT, on the return journey, we were given a cabin right at the end of the Coach/carriage and the creaking noise from the wheels were very loud , the vibration levels were inconsistent and dizzying and since we are right next to the restroom, everytime someone turns on the tap on the sink, we can hear it. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep and not worth the Premium that we paid for. If you ever pay for a Suite Cabin, make sure they give you a centre cabin 3, 4 or 5, where it is visibly quieter. If you are given a cabin number 1,2 or 6 or 7, you have been conned. What is the point of paying more when you are getting exactly the same cabin as the quad sharing and worse, you are placed on top of the wheels. Felt absolutely cheated! Come on Chapa, you did so well on the first trip, why such a bad job on the second trip?
