Genuinely one of the best hostels i have ever stayed in, the couple that own it are the sweetest and most accommodating hosts possible. We arrived late at 10:30pm asking if there was any food expecting a few snacks but were treated to the best pho we have ever had in our lives by Hoa’s husband who is an excellent chef. They were both extremely helpful organising our hiking tour for the next day, no question was too small, the family dinner was incredible and we felt like family even within our short 24 hour stay, we were very sad to say goodbye and had hugs all round. I even accidentally left my charger and portable battery when leaving for an over night bus and Hoa the owner could not have been more helpful with getting it back to me by posting it to my next destination even though I changed where I was going multiple times. If you want to have an instant family in Sapa this is the hostel for you, 100/10 hostel owners
