This man got mad and yell at me while i was taking the pictures of the bird and look down at the riverside road. I dont know what was wrong with him. It seems like he owns the park. What a beautiful way of welcoming a tourist! Vietnam is really beautiful and a wonderful country but some of its people like the staff at ga hanoi... hmm.. nevermind!
