this place mainly sells pho, or vietanmese noodle soup. this place doesn't use pork nor lard. they have different kinds of toppings, and you can also order based on the topping that you like. personally, for the meat, i like my pho with steak, brisket, and meatballs. the beef is tender. the noodle is not overcooked. the soup is warm, and savory. it has a strong beef stock flavor. the flavor is similar to the pho sold in vietnam. they have condiments too. i would love it more if they also provide sriracha sauce, and thai basil leaves. other than pho, they also have other side dishes. their goi cuon is tasty. it's basically fresh spring rolls with shrimp and glass noodle. the wrap is quite sticky and hard to cut, so just eat it in one bite. it's served with peanut sauce. the sauce is sweet and delicious, but i think it would be better with spicy, sweet, and sour chili sauce.
