I would still recommend this hotel to others, as the room itself was quite nice overall. But the cleanliness issues, particularly the neglected area under the bed, prevent me from giving a higher rating. With some improvements to the cleaning protocols, this could easily be a 4 or 5-star hotel. As it stands now, I can only rate it as average.
