**Rating: 2/5** I visited the bar recently and, unfortunately, had a mixed experience. First, the **customer service** was disappointing. One of the staff members, a tall man with a mustache, was particularly rude and unprofessional. He acted like he owned the place and made the interaction unpleasant. He seemed dismissive when we raised a concern, and his attitude really dampened the mood of the evening. On a positive note, the **server** who handled the smoking section was quite the opposite. He was polite, approachable, and humble, which was a relief after the initial interaction. I appreciated his efforts to ensure we were comfortable. The **ambiance** was good and set a nice vibe for the evening, but the food didn’t live up to expectations.
