The food is great but this is not a vegan restaurant. I understand vegan gets lost in translation but the staff are aware that items on the menu are not vegan. So don’t call yourself vegan it’s a lie:( you don’t deserve to call yourself vegan restaurant that when you continue to use eggs and milk 2 products that are not vegan and cause a lot of harm and suffering to innocent beings. I recommend eating here just be sure to double check what is vegan and please to this restaurant do not call yourself vegan it is a lie… or stop using animal products and truly be vegan! Hopefully In the future this restaurant will be truly vegan! I gave 3 stars bc the food is delicious:) Response to restaurants reply: I’m sorry that my review upsets you. But once again a restaurant cannot claim to be vegan but not be fully vegan. Traditional Vietnamese drinks can be made vegan that’s a way to share your culture … and be vegan by choosing to not harm any animals for only momentary pleasure. I have had vegan egg coffee and salt coffee before it was amazing and I’m sure you could try to replicate it with trialing some new recipes. People are coming to your restaurant to try vegan food they will not expect egg coffee with real egg at a proclaimed vegan restaurant, as long as it tastes good your costumers will be happy with a vegan alternative at your “vegan” restaurant, Please consider this. Also in relation to your response some menu items were not fully vegan. I make this review to express my disappointment but also to push you to follow your own words. The animals deserve better. Love animals and live vegan:) you can do it !
