We booked the property via booking. Com but the host cancelled our booking after our arrival. Booking.com policy offers cashback after the stay. Due to this act we lost around $300. Additionally the host needs to be kind and patient. But he shows attitude of something goes wrong. The location was amazing and the host offered free kayaking if the weather permits. If he hadn’t canceled our booking And little kind we might have delighted with the stay and give a 5 star Edit 1 : Reply to the host Dear Host, You have listed your stay in booking.com and you have volunteerly cancelled the stay just for the sake of avoiding platform fee which resulted in huge loss for us.
