Giving three stars not for the rooms in Tropicana itself. The room we had booked wasn’t available on arrival so we were moved to Gia Bao, a hotel down the street with far worse ratings. It was a horrible stay with rock hard beds and no aircon. We asked the owner if he had anywhere else we could stay and he never responded. There was no offer of free cancellation so that we could find a better hotel or even a steep discount for moving to Gia Bao.
