Disappointing experience for a restaurant located in a 5-star hotel. The atmosphere was uncomfortably loud for a place that claims to offer fine dining. The crowd felt out of place, and the constant reminders from staff about what's included in the price—despite acknowledging it during booking—made the whole experience feel cheap and unwelcoming. Not what you'd expect at this level.
