Unfortunately, I can only agree with the other negative reviews. For your own sake, do not book through this agency. We bought two tickets for a minivan via 12Go Asia. The next morning, we received a strange WhatsApp message with unclear content. To get clarification, we decided to visit the agency in person. There, we were told in an annoyed tone that the minivan scheduled for 8 a.m. didn’t exist. Instead, they offered us seats on a large bus—for a significant additional charge. Naturally, we were confused, as we had already paid for a specific service. When we asked for more information, the staff member became increasingly rude and unprofessional. Eventually, she even threatened to cancel our booking out of spite. Given the circumstances, we agreed to the cancellation. We had no intention of giving our money to someone who treats customers with such disrespect. In the end, we found a better bus for a lower price—with a more reliable provider. Bottom line: Be cautious with this agency.
