The room itself is quite good, it’s spacious with two bedrooms and a nice layout. However, some parts of the room feel old and not very clean. I stayed on the 7th floor, where there is a housekeeping room next door, and it seems like the rooftop above is used as a resting area for the staff. Every morning from around 7 AM, the staff gather there to talk loudly, and the noise continues throughout the day. There is very little consideration for guests. One day, I was in an important meeting in the room when housekeeping came to clean. Since I had locked the door, they kept knocking continuously for about 5 minutes, and the knocking became louder and more aggressive. I eventually had to raise my voice to tell them I was not available. The cleaning quality is also disappointing. There is still hair left on the floor, furniture is moved but not put back properly, tissues are not refilled, and sometimes only one towel is provided even though there are two guests. Bed sheet are not changed regularly, and most of the time they just make the bed without actually changing the sheets. The balcony was never cleaned during my stay. Another issue is the strong smell of food coming into the room from morning until night. I had to keep the kitchen ventilation on all the time to manage it. I travel to Vietnam every month and have stayed in many hotels over the past two years. Unfortunately, this is the worst experience I’ve had so far. I had to be there for 2 weeks, wrong decision!
