They are new in this business or new property. And lot of construction work is going on in back of the apartment. So noisy and that can disturb you sleep as that start in morning 7:30 am to full day. I am not able to sleep, watch TV or talk on phone as 3-4 mechanical hammer is working. My suggestion to wait for at least 3 years considering no new construction get start in this time frame.
