Booking: The first time I went I had been double booked, so I have to come here again today. I did both booking really last minute, like 10 mins before the session. There was a glitch on my portal, however, when I arrived at the salon they solved it seamlessly. They did apologize to me the two time I went, although it’s just a technical mistake. They gifted me a glass of free drink, which is so nice of them to do so. I would highly suggest to call them directly, I believed the experience will be better. Service: They immediately know who I am when I was there the first minute, introduced me to the changing room and all the facilities. Everything is all well-organized by the staff, they will dry the floor once a few moments, come to perform service really quick once press the service button. Always has a smile on their face, and they do not disturb you while you are enjoying in the spa, but always there when you needed something. Great service experience. Experience: I love how they maintain the number of groups can use the spa per session, during my session there is a total of seven people only. You will never feel the crowd there, everything is clean, beautiful, and nice. The swimming pool is spacious enough to swim, all the rooms have the perfect size (can always keep distance from other people while having space for yourself). The shower room is interesting with the lighting, you should discover it by yourself lol. They provided everything, towels, robes, slippers, hairdryer, shampoo, plastic bag.
