This is the place to be! We stayed in Cat Ba for 5 nights and we came here everyday sometimes twice! Delicious food to cater to all tastes cheap cocktails, and attentive staff that always welcomed us back sharing a hug or a big smile. They have two big TVs and play all the good sports from Football, Tennis, Baseball, NRL, F1 you name it they have it. In the night the party is always fun with a great DJ starting around 10. If there was one thing to improve it would be the bathroom cleanliness but it wasn't that bad drunk people are messy.
