My girlfriend was a happy customer of theirs for years, but the quality has severely declined. The beautician she got when she recently went for eyebrow threading was very rough, leaving a nasty pink mark on her face and almost wounding her. When we confronted them, they said it wasn't an injury because it wasn't bleeding??? They even had the audacity to charge her full price.
