Been to Spa9 in L7 Westlake last weekend, the staff are very professional. From the arrival, spa treatment to the farewell everything is very smooth. The facility is top notch, the staff very friendly and super professional. The treatment is great and professional, surely I will come again, thank you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is my only favourite SPA in Hanoi that I and my family visit whenever we need relax and body treatment. It is extremely valuable to treat myself well with luxury space, kind staffs with professional skills. The price is worth, even much cheaper than the value I get back. Deeply recommend to come and enjoy!

Spa9 là một spa tốt nhất mà trước giờ tôi từng đến. Tôi phải woa lên khi tôi bước vào đây .nhân viên rất thân thiện . Nhà trị liệu cho tôi cô ấy có kỹ thuật massage rất tốt . Có thời gian nhất định tôi sẽ trở lại nơi này.

Đã trải nghiệm dịch vụ ở Spa9, điều cảm nhận là tay nghề của kỹ thuật viên khá tốt, take care khách rất chu đáo, thái độ thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Spa rất đẹp và sang trọng, sẽ quay lại ❤️.

Spa9 Hanoi provided the most restful spa experience anyone could ask for. I received an incredible Shiatsu massage and a glorious facial.

It’s sooo good i highly recommend
