Hanoi Inn Guesthouse

The staff are really great! They work hard and are a pleasure to talk to as they try and assist you! I learnt more Vietnamese in 1 hour of arrival at the hotel than I have in two weeks of Thailand! That's great customer service!

Hanoi inn guesthouse is probably one of the best budget hotels in Hanoi. You get treated with the best staff who are always on hand and happy to help. The location is excellent as it's just a few minute walk away from the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake in the Old Quarter where all the happenings are. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Love their breakfast buffet and free coffee/tea available 24 hours for guests. Overall great value for your money! Absolutely will come back the next time I'm in Hanoi.
