Sapa Big Tree Restaurant

The food was excellent. Very fresh, very tasty, the portions were big, and the presentation of the food was also great. Not very pricey - we ate in other places which were way more expensive but the food was not as good as here. The waiter spoke good English and was very helpful with recommendations. May seem like a small thing but I don’t like it when I have no idea what is written in the menu and the waiter can’t help. :) I have only one photo the rest of the dishes we ate before thinking it would be good to take photos. PS. No, this is not a review asked for by the owner, we’ve not met him or her. People complaining abt the slow service should understand that this is not a fast food restaurant where it takes 5 minutes to put in the microwave a piece of chicken that stayed in the freezer for 5 years. They prepare a meal from scratch (or at least that’s the impression I had) and that takes time. If you are a big group- it takes even more time. If you are late for the bus, go somewhere else.

I've been a regular at this restaurant and can confidently say it's become one of my favorites. I've had the opportunity to try numerous dishes from their menu, and I'm impressed by the consistent quality across everything I've ordered. The portions are generous, providing excellent value for money. What makes the experience even better is the attentive and friendly service from the waitstaff who are always kind and helpful. As someone who occasionally needs to work while dining, I appreciate that their WiFi is both fast and reliable. The heart shaped rice was really sweet ☺️

Great food, lovely staff! Chicken noodle soup was great, big portion for the price too! We loved the chicken and honey too!

We stayed in Sapa for 3 days. Loved the food so much that we came here for all three days. The food was very delicious. The restaurant has a cozy environment. The street in front of the restaurant is decorated with colorful lights and flags. As a whole, we liked it so much!

This restaurant is just beside Sapa Alley Homestay. They have affordable wide variety of dishes. You must try their hot pot, just pick the hot pot for 2 pax because it can serve 2 families already HAHA. Yes! We are overwhelm with the amount of serving. Aside from that, raw fish for the hot pot and vegetables are freshly chopped. Good job, for the nice food presentation. We loved it. By the way, the staffs are very friendly especially Miss Juliana. She can speak English too.

Very good food well priced. The Pho was good and only 80 dong ($3+); the spring rolls and grilled chicken with honey on hot plate also very good.
