You can really tell everything is freshly cooked as soon as you order, and the best part is you don’t have to wait long at all. The people are warm, friendly, and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fresh and tasty vegan meal!

the cinnamon roll. oh my god. maybe the best one I’ve ever had, vegan or non-vegan. it’s served warm, and it’s super soft, full of cinnamon and dotted with walnuts (fun crunch!). the service is fantastic too. this place is pretty tucked away but it’s so so worth the visit, I’m definitely coming back for dinner tomorrow (:
Chi Phan📷 3 ảnh thực tế★★★★★ This place has become my favourite vegan eatery in Hoi An! I was impressed with the balance of textures and flavours in the tempeh salad. The dressing was truly special. The stir-fried morning glory had too much garlic for my taste but it was otherwise well cooked. The strawberry bounty dessert was divine and sizeable. Everything was on the cheap side, too. I shall be back soon!

Seeds is new and has some of the best prices in town! Only place with tempeh too! They offer cold, complimentary water and AC upstairs.
Also — There is mama dog next door who just had puppies and they come and say hi when you visit 😍🐶
A little bit hard to find, but don’t give up. It’s all the way at the end of a small alley. Follow the signs!

The seed burger was sooo tasty and the sweet potato wedges were so tasty. All the flavours on the burger came together lovely. The lady who I think runs the restaurant was so lovely and welcoming. Really good value for money too! Will be back

I only ordered the vegan chicken rice, and it was delicious, good portion.
Good service, and variety of dishes and desserts to choose from with reasonable price consider it in the center of Hoi An.

It has a wonderful menu with a mix of Vietnamese local foods and interesting western dishes, all fresh and handmade. Not much oil, good size portions, great flavours 😊🤩 Everything is plant based, so suitable for vegetarian and vegans. They have gluten free options.
The staff are kind, there is free wifi and space to chill or do work. Recommend the smoothies, sweet potato fries, anything with their homemade jam. Of course their desserts.
The smoothie bowls are the real deal! Big bowls and nice and thick.
All fairly priced!
