Royal Crown Hotel

I stayed in a simple studio for a month. It was functional and clean. The two most important items, the bed and bathroom, were comfortable and pleasant to the eye. The staff were professional, polite and spoke English well. The hotel is in a nice and safe neighbourhood. The stay was almost completely uneventful, which makes me happy. There was only one minor incident involving the air conditioner leaking water one night near the end of my stay. The night receptionist took a look at it, offered me another room temporarily (which I declined), and a technician arrived to service the unit the next morning. No more problems after that. In my view, this was a professional and responsive result to a mechanical mishap ... probably just bad luck.
