Maple Healthcare Clinic is a waste of time, and I say this because after looking for acupuncture clinics in Ho Chi Min and filling out their extensive paperwork and finally calling them to make an appointment with a Doctor of Acupuncture, I arrived at their clinic to find out they only have an acupuncturist on certain days in the evening. And what they wanted to do was to charge me to see a chiropractor for an exorbitant fee when I had no desire to see a chiropractor. Now when I called them in the morning to set up an appointment for acupuncture, they could have told me that they had no acupuncturist working at that clinic, and perhaps just maybe they had an acupuncturist working at one of their other clinics. But no that is not how the conversation went. So after being in extreme pain all day and being excited that I would receive an acupuncture appointment, I went to the clinic only to find out that there was no acupuncturist available, and that they had wasted my entire day. If they had been honest to begin with, I could have called any of the other Acupuncture Clinic listed in Ho Chi Min for an appointment. My annoyance, frustration and anger at that point knew no boundaries. And all of their apologies were absolutely meaningless. The reality is as follows they wanted me to met with the chiropractor and spend an exorbitant amount of money. Because their practice is designed that you have to meet with the chiropractor first. And this is another example of their complete and utter disregard for the patient. To this Maple Healthcare Clinic of which there are three clinics, its your money that comes first, not honesty or integrity.

I have had very good chiropractic care at Maple Clinic, from both Dr Steve and Dr Mark (at different times), and the rest of the staff. The physiotherapists are caring and professional and the front office staff are very helpful. Treatment is thorough and takes into account individual lifestyle and activity factors and goals for health. Highly recommended.
