OYO 521 Hoang Anh Hotel

It was difficult to reach the hotel even if I took a taxi from the airport. They speak only Vietnamese, not English. I made a credit card payment on the booking site, but the hotel doesn't understand it. They have requested payment in cash. And I don't get a receipt. I consulted with the customer center of the reservation site. The customer center called the hotel but it didn't work. The customer center only uses English, so I thought it wouldn't make sense to call the hotel. It was later refunded from the reservation site. The room has not been cleaned. There was a bag of cigarettes and garbage on the floor. Beds and pillows are very smelly

Ks giá bình dân. Nhân viên phục vụ thân thiện. Mà phòng điện đài thì hơi bị kém.. cái phòng có 5 cái công tắc mà chỉ duy nhất một bóng đèn.

Ks ngay gần bv ung bướu mới, gần làng đại học, trường đào tạo lái xe an ninh, ngay chợ, sthi, gần Khu du lịch văn hóa Suối Tiên, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, giá bình dân, sẽ quay lại dài dài 😍😍 …

Thái độ nhân viên rất tốt, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, nhưng phòng ốc khá tệ, cũ bẩn, hành lang hẹp, ồn. Giá phòng quạt tầm 220k 1 ngày, cho nấu ăn trong phòng, có chỗ bán gạo thịt ngay gần đó. Đánh giá này ngày 31\8\2021.
