I did my nails 3 days ago with my younger sister . We both got our nails done. On the first day, the gel nail polish was horrible, not just that the next morning one of the extensions just fell off. I was not upset then coz mistakes happen, so we went back the following day to get them fixed. Out of which mine was not that great but my sisters nails were done horribly. Now after getting my nails redone for the 2nd time. While I was out at a gathering, two of my extensions just fall off. SHAME! My sister writes a review. FYI reviews are left so that you can make room for improvement . But the owner has so much audacity to respond with arrogance. There’s something called constructive criticism. So please go learn and help yourself. I’m sorry to say this but before you even run a business you need to learn to respect and value your employees and customers. I rate you 0 in professionalism. The worst experience in my life. Yes! I need a refund so please keep it ready.

Before you go and educate yourself from them read this review seriously and consider it fruitful for your hard earned money: 1. The owner should learn how to speak to students before she starts educating. She should look at herself in mirror before saying she’s a professional teacher. 2. She needs to herself learn discipline and manners before educating others. She takes classes in forever and cannot take classes most of the time. Doesn’t even respond in group for days and then once a while she will take class then disappear like a ghost. 3. For 10 days of class she would take months to finish the workshop. Not worth if you cannot keep your word. Honestly everyone knows nobody’s that busy that they don’t have time to teach students but has plenty of time to upload videos and photos on Instagram or YouTube. 4. The owner should learn proper language for educating others than telling them just okay for their effort and if she cannot give good criticism maybe she should herself join classes for communication before she start speaking to other. She treats others as if there’s no one better than her in the nail industry. Honestly, I would’ve seen way better people who take only 5 days workshop but can teach a lot but this owner she spends half of the classes teaching and half of it talking to people and promoting her business only. She doesn’t even have a renowned professional name in the industry but expects people to open nail salon with her partnership. Digital Marketing karlo jyaada kaam aayega madam aapko 😂🤣 5. The owner uses rude language towards students for talking. Is this how an educator talks? I understand adults are doing nail art but that doesn’t give her benefit that she cannot even control her mouth. 6. Now coming to her nail art promises to teach from taking money from us, she didn’t even teach half of what she was supposed to. She did not even teach basics properly. Her nail art is so average you would learn better from other YouTubers. 7. The owner gives excuses like there’s no electricity or wifi in her city for not taking classes and if you’ve joined her class then don’t expect it to finish before 2/3 months. 8. Even if you ask the owner(educator) anything about nail art she never answers properly and keeps sidelining the questions and then she is so rude that she asks why we have joined the classes after paying her. I mean it’s our money we have the right to ask questions as much as we want. Who does she think she is to ask us why we are joining such workshop? It’s our money, our choice. It’s your choice to deliver as an educator which you’ve failed to do so don’t come barking! 9. The owner replies to the bad reviews given to her as fake because she cannot take basic criticism against her big ego of unprofessional educator. 😂 Do some better job miss, learn nail art yourself before teaching others. Brush pakad lene se jaroori nahi hai nail art aane lagta hai.

Amazing service their work is very professional but they are super friendly..Leepika makes the customer feel so comfortable and the staff is extremely well trained… great job ..the best nail art studio in siliguri ..worth every penny

Today I am eating nice salary and also independently working. Thank u maam for everything This is the first and oldest nail lounge and academy, with all the modern and updated products in siliguri and near by area. No one has this verity og color and accessories. Must try

I was really excited to do my nail extensions after seeing all the reviews but I was really disappointed because first of all two staff did my nails and they did totally different I mean my nails extension were not matching in the shape and size. The owner(Lipika)was quite friendly and quite hospitable which was the plus point. Quality of work was quite not satisfactory bcz in just few days I could see chipped edges or May be it was not done properly. And now my both hand looks so different.
