I had the best hair wash here! Everything was so relaxing and she kept checking in throughout to see how comfortable I was and make adjustments as needed. She even massaged my neck, shoulders, and arms. Also included was a facial and it was perfect too. They have a lot of various services here and the staff is very kind and thorough, so I’m sure that whatever service you get will be as amazing as mine was! There was also complimentary water before and after, along with a small delicious dessert after. If I’m in Hue again, I will definitely be back! ❤️✨

We went during Tét! Thankfully they were open. We opted for the 90 min aroma massage. They had us fill out a short survey to specify our preferences, and my masseuse followed through nicely. It was a pleasant experience. Would come again:)

uno dei migliori massaggi che ho fatto nella mia vita.. posto pulitissimo e profumato.. la massaggiatrice era davvero brava e professionale e mi ha anche tenuto un po' di tempo in più.. sono uscito con il sorriso e non me lo sono tolto per tutta la sera :) Một trong những buổi massage tuyệt vời nhất mà tôi từng trải nghiệm trong đời. Nơi này rất sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Chuyên viên massage rất giỏi và chuyên nghiệp, thậm chí còn dành thêm chút thời gian cho tôi. Tôi ra về với nụ cười trên môi và nụ cười ấy vẫn còn nguyên suốt cả buổi tối :)

Hôm nay mình vừa trải nghiệm massage và gội đầu dưỡng sinh tại spa và thật sự rất hài lòng nên phải lên đây đánh giá 5⭐️. Không gian spa sạch sẽ, thơm nhẹ mùi tinh dầu nên bước vào là thấy thư giãn liền. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng, hướng dẫn kỹ từ lúc bắt đầu đến khi kết thúc nên mình cảm thấy rất thoải mái, không hề bị ngại hay gượng. Phần gội đầu dưỡng sinh làm cực kỳ thích: kỹ thuật massage da đầu, cổ, vai gáy rất đều tay, lực vừa phải, không đau mà lại rất “đã”. Sau khi làm xong đầu nhẹ hẳn, đỡ nhức đầu và ngủ ngon hơn hẳn. Tóc cũng mềm, sạch và thơm lâu. Đến phần massage body thì đúng chuẩn thư giãn. Nhân viên hỏi trước về chỗ đau mỏi rồi tập trung làm kỹ ở vai gáy và lưng — đúng chỗ mình hay căng. Làm xong người nhẹ hẳn, vai cổ đỡ cứng, cảm giác máu lưu thông tốt hơn. Điểm mình thích nhất là spa làm rất có tâm: không chèo kéo mua gói, thái độ phục vụ rất chuyên nghiệp. Giá cả hợp lý so với chất lượng nhận được. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại và sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè, người thân đến trải nghiệm ❤️ Rất đáng thử nếu bạn đang stress, mất ngủ hoặc ngồi làm việc nhiều::

Amazing treatment. My husband and I got full body massage and a facial, it is the best massage and facial we have ever had. We especially liked the cold air machine on the face. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are set up so well too. We will come back when next in Hue

Absolutely amazing experience. We went for the relaxation experience which had a herbal foot bath, a full body massage and then a hair wash and facial massage, it was so relaxing and an overall amazing experience. All of the staff were lovely especially the man at the desk he was lovely, chatting and very accommodating.

My treatment was excellent — the therapist was skilled and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. I highly recommend Mai beauty spa to anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful escape. I will definitely be booking again!

One of the best massages I've ever had. It's fairly priced and the staff are all so kind. The masseuse was very perceptive and knew when to ease up or use more force without me having to even ask. The location is very convenient too, close to many different hotels and restaurants. Would definitely come back whenever in the area!
