Very disappointed about the Topzone. I was a loyal customer, 3 years i had been buying my apple gadgets only in Topzone. Yesterday i came there to participate in trade in program to change my iPhone 15 into 16, that i actually did every single year before. I brought there an ideal iPhone in a great condition, no scratches, full original, no damages, battery Heath 92%. But the shop graded my phone in category 3 at the time when it’s an excellent one, looks and works like new. My phone deserved category 1 for sure, but the company wants to lie their customers and save money. I’ll never visited Topzone again, and I’ll tell all my friends as the company tried to lie me. I’d like to make an accent that the staff in this store is very nice and friendly, the seller in the store didn’t grade my iPhone, he just took pictures and send them to the main Topzone office, and the staff there answered about the price for my phone. The staff in the current shop outs very professional, but company’s attitude suddenly became terrible.
