Very Nice man who have this place. Speak good english and is very helpfule. First night in Hanoi I forget where I had parking my motorbike. After hours walking around I called the owner about my problem on Whats app. He was not that happy about it. He was spending the night whit his familly. But he did take his bike and come to help me looking around. After an hour we find it. Super good man. Have good bikes to good price too. A place to trust!!!

Hands down the best motorbike rental shop in Hanoi. The owner is kind, attentive, and responsible. He takes care of his motorbikes and services them regularly. If there are ever any issues he will always go out of his way to help you. You are allowed to test the motorbike before confirming your rental. He also rents bikes at various price ranges to fit anyone’s budget. I could not say enough good things. I have been renting from him for months and will gladly recommend the shop to anyone I know.

So kind. So helpful. When I needed to keep the bike longer was flexible didn’t raise the price ever when my moped died on the side of the road because of its battery died he drove and swapped me a new moped. He is very responsive & honest.
