It seems that the name has changed from Diamond Sky Bar. Take the elevator to the 12th floor, and then go up the stairs. I visited around 21 o'clock on Thursday, and there were only 2 groups of customers, and it was only open on the 13th floor. This rooftop bar is located on the tallest building in the old town, so the view is good, the wind is comfortable, and it's the best. BIA SAIGON was 85kVND. WiFi connects well.

We book for candlelight dinner on 14th fab valentine day couple set menu. It’s affordable for couples and they have unique test in their dishes I love it and it’s highly recommended. I will definitely back soon. 😍😍

The location is perfect and you get a great night view of the Hanoi old quarters. The bartenders however did not seem to be very familiar or experienced in making the drinks. But they were friendly. The place accepts card.

Located on 13th floor of a hotel in a very central of the city, this rooftop bar provides the nice view of rhe whole city. I love place. Price was reasonable and staff was very helpful and supportive.i ordered a mocktail. The drink was not as good as i expected but still okay.
