BLUE SKY NOI BAI HOTEL And POOL

This was a really nice hotel right by the airport. The breakfast and dinner was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged for our pick up and drop off at the airport, as well as getting our laundry done. My only complaint was that the pillows are rock hard. Seems common in Vietnam though.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, really nice staff and less than 10 minutes from airport.

I came here with minimal expectations as other airport hotels I’ve stayed at were just “OK.” This hotel exceeded my expectations! We called for pick up as soon as we landed at Noi Bai and the driver collected us quickly. Check in at the hotel was quick and friendly. Lobby and room were clean with pleasant decor. The included breakfast was nice and had good variety with western and Asian dishes. Check out was simple and our transport back to the airport was great!

5* hotel and services. Very lovely and help full receptionist, the staff was amazing! highly recommend them if you want to be near the airport !

The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are good. There are many small, well-thought-out design details (for example a small bathroom window for airflow). Unfortunately, I think that in about three years the hotel will be run down and poorly maintained. The room itself was well cleaned, but everything else felt rather neglected. The fitness room was really disgusting — full of hair and stains on the equipment. There is service staff everywhere, but instead of cleaning or being friendly, you feel more observed and controlled (there are also cameras everywhere). At breakfast I was told to state my room number in a rather commanding tone. The breakfast itself looked somewhat unappealing. Street food is sometimes much better and fresher. The staff should seriously rethink their approach and become more customer-oriented, especially since this is the most expensive hotel in the area. That level of service is something guests are paying for. The cold welcome tea served in a shabby glass did not help, especially since proper tea sets were displayed in the seating area. Pool: The pool itself was nice and actually had water (even if it was cold), but unfortunately it was full of small flies. The staff member was just walking around doing nothing. Pool towels ran out, and the ones available earlier did not smell good.
