Kiko's Pethouse

This is a great place for your animal!The staff are kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they treat every dog as if it were their own, which makes all the difference. Thank you Kiko's Pethouse, Jacob has loved staying with you during our time in Vietnam!

My dog had an amazing stay at Kiko’s Pethouse. The staff were incredibly caring and kept me updated with photos, videos which gave me peace of mind. The facility was very clean, safe, and had plenty of space for exercise and play. My dog came home happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after. I would highly recommend Kiko’s Pethouse to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place for your pets.

Excellent all services for dogs and cats. Specially grooming and hotel/day care performed by professional, friendly staffs. They can communicate in English very well. Highly recommended.

Không gian rộng rãi, pet được phân loại theo tính cách, độ tuổi để giao lưu với nhau. Không lo pet đánh nhau vì được trông coi và update rất rất thường xuyên. Chủ sop còn yêu bọn gâu gâu meo meo nữa nên yên tâm gửi con 1 tuần 1 tháng đi chơi. Nói chung 10 điểm

Các bạn của tiệm này vô cùng thân thiện và yêu các bé nhà mình. Tắm mèo đỉnh, đi spa mà ko làm mèo thấy sợ. Hotel sạch sẽ, có không gian cho mèo sinh hoạt rất thoải mái.

Tôi hay gửi bé Mèo nhà ở Kiko’s. Thật sự tuyệt vời, các bạn nhân viên rất yêu chó mèo, ngoan, lễ phép. Update liên tục nên tôi rất yên tâm gửi gắm. Trước khi về lại được tắm táp thơm tho nữa. Kiko 100 điểm không có nhưng với gia đình tôi 🥰 …

I sincerely want to express my gratitude to Kiko Pet Hotel for the amazing care they provide to my pet whenever I’m away! They always send photos and videos, so I can see how happy and comfortable my dog is. They’ve also treated her to spa sessions multiple times - she always comes back clean, beautiful, and smelling great. Her nails are trimmed carefully, and her ears are cleaned with great attention. Every time we walk past Kiko, my dog pulls on the leash because she wants to go inside, that says everything! I highly recommend their service. Truly the best pet hotel in Hanoi! 💙💙💙
