I’m picky about my hair and usually prefer skipping a service over risking a bad one. I’ve tried this salon a few times. Results weren’t perfect every visit, but the team consistently listened to my feedback and improved on the next appointment. What impressed me most is that they remembered me even after about a year away. I’m happy to choose this salon as my go-to because my feedback is welcomed and I genuinely like the team. My biggest suggestion is to upgrade the shampoo and cutting chairs. Spending hours in uncomfortable seating is tough and also better chairs would much improve the salon’s look. Update: they changed their chairs after my feedback 🙏

I randomly walked in today and am very happy with the result. Great consultant, service and haircut by Sakashita. All other staffs are of excellent customer service and skills.

I was unsure what treatment to get done but they were very helpful to choose. I did a hair straightening treatment and I loved getting it done, my hair looks so beautiful right now! they were giving me hand and head massage in between too and water. Definitely recommend, thank you!!

I got my hair partly recolored and newly colored at the roots. I went without appointment but luckily they had free schedule 😁 I was surprised buy the friendliness of everyone, as well as the atmosphere and extra services. So comfy! 🥰 And payment can be made through PayPal, for those who doesn't have vietnamese cash. ✌🏻 Will def. come again. 😉

Excellent stylists and great customer service. There was a small misunderstanding about a fringe style during my first visit to the salon so I came back a few days later to fix it. Both times the service was very professional and attentive. Thank you!
