As expected, it’s expensive, but also, it’s the airport, so you really don’t have much of a choice 😅 If you’re craving something familiar before your flight, this does the job. What surprised me though was that they charged in USD. Usually, places would at least ask if you want to be charged in local currency or USD, but here it just went straight to USD, which caught me off guard. Drinks are what you’d expect from Starbucks, consistent and reliable. The place itself is clean and a nice spot to sit while waiting for your flight. Pricey, yes; but convenient and dependable when you need it.

Went to get a matcha fusion espresso and a java chip frappe. They rushed into the order and provided the wrong order; asked to switch and they said cant. Java chip is just chocolate milk, was better off ordering that.

We wanted to spend our remaining Vietnamese dong, as we are tourists and did not plan to bring the currency back home. The cashier mentioned the amount was approximately USD 10. We initially thought it might be possible to pay in VND, but in the end we paid by card, which was perfectly fine for us. We did feel slightly uncomfortable during a moment with one of the staff members behind the bar, as her expression came across as somewhat unusual. It may have been a misunderstanding, but we wanted to share this feedback. After reading some reviews on Google, we noticed that similar experiences have been mentioned by other customers. We hope that, moving forward, customers will continue to be welcomed with a friendly and polite atmosphere.
