Khách sạn rất đẹp sang trọng , và ấm cúng phòng sạch đẹp, lễ tân rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ chúng tôi biết các điểm thăm quan , đặc biệt là khách sạn này nằm ở trung tâm cách bờ hồ 2 phút đi bộ . Khuyên mọi người hãy và nên đặt ở khách sạn này .

Great hotel in Sa Pa, the place was very clean, service was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is close to the city centre but away from the noise. We had some laundry done and the staff made it so easy for us, we dropped it off, went out for the day, and when we returned everything was clean and folded. The beds were a little bit hard and the shower pressure wasn't strong but we still slept great and had a lovely stay. You can tell the owner is very proud of the hotel.

Mỗi lần đến sapa tôi đều chọn New day sapa. Vị trí đẹp không gian thoáng mát , sạch sẽ, nhân viên tận tình , giá thì hợp lý. Tôi rất hài lòng khi được nghỉ dưỡng tại đây

The hotel is great. Has really comfy beds and is spotless. The breakfast was pretty good too so the value is definitely great. The hotel owner is very helpful but unfortunately it started to feel very pushy. We were asked on multiple occasions to leave a 10/10 review for the hotel on booking.com whilst we were still there, which I wasn’t entirely comfortable doing but we did just to save the hassle of being asked. Every time we said we were doing an activity he would insist that we book our activity with him, but we didn’t know what the quality of it was like, which when we did do one, we could’ve got somewhere better for our money. This also was the case for booking buses to the next place we were going etc. Again, he was just being helpful but in the end it affected my stay at the property as I just felt like I couldn’t relax.

We had the best experience in New Day Sapa Hotel, the owner is so kind and generous. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. We slept so good we didn't want to leave. It's a new hotel that just opened and they deserve to be more known. We'll definitely come back🙌🏼
